Set on a prominent hillside site in Tiburon, Vista House is designed to take full advantage of expansive views across the Bay while remaining closely tied to the natural contours of the land. A series of simple gabled roof forms step with the site’s slope, breaking the residence into distinct but connected volumes that feel both open to the horizon and grounded against the hillside. The primary living spaces extend toward an expansive pool terrace and outdoor entertaining area, creating a continuous relationship between interior and exterior. Framed by stone walls, warm wood, and layered planting, the house balances broad panoramic views with a strong sense of shelter, intimacy, and connection to its Marin landscape.
