This project is a vacant site that has the prime location of being right on the water near downtown Tiburon but many site restraints from a steep and small building envelope. The solution creates a two-story home over a grotto level below that site right at water level. The home utilizes expansive glass to capture the views of Angel Island and downtown San Francisco and creates just a one-story volume at street level off Paradise Drive.
